This fictionalized account of the very real tragedy of the March 18, 1937 New London School explosion focuses on a the losses suffered (one's sister and the other's sanity) by two men who's paths cross years afterward. The gas-leak that destroyed the school in the small East Texas town of New London killed more than 300 people.
