We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke affiliate status at our sole discretion to protect customers and platform integrity.
Each affiliate receives a unique affiliate tag used for referral attribution. A referral is generally attributed when a customer arrives via your affiliate URL/tag and completes a qualified order during the active attribution window.
Attribution may use cookies, click IDs, and other anti-fraud controls. Banana Books determines final attribution records.
Attribution follows a last click wins model: when multiple affiliate referrals exist, the most recent valid affiliate click before checkout is used for attribution.
A qualified order is an eligible completed customer purchase attributed to your affiliate tag and not excluded by this policy.
Affiliate payouts are processed on a monthly schedule to the PayPal ID in your account profile.
You must not engage in deceptive or abusive promotion methods.
You may promote Banana Books in ethical, lawful ways that clearly identify you as an independent affiliate. You may not represent yourself as an employee, official spokesperson, or business partner of Banana Books.
We monitor referral traffic and conversion behavior for fraud, abuse, and policy violations. We may withhold, adjust, or reverse commissions associated with suspicious activity.
Affiliates are independent contractors and are solely responsible for taxes, filings, and legal obligations associated with payouts received through the program.
Banana Books may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time for policy violations, suspected abuse, legal risk, or other business reasons. Pending unpaid commissions may be forfeited where violations are confirmed.
We may revise this policy periodically. Continued participation in the affiliate program after updates means you accept the revised terms.
